SERVICES

TRIUMPH works to fulfill the goals of stability and advancement of people of color that were originated during the Civil Rights movement - things that schools do not teach and families stopped talking about.  We work to fill the gap by providing programming that focus on civil health (careers, community, education, and employment) and social wellness (expanded schema, health, personal growth, and relationships). We offer more than 35 topics to choose from to either build a long-term program with several topics and multiple sessions or a one-day program focused on a specific topic and one session. Sessions are billed at a flat rate for up to 20 participants and is expanded if participation exceeds 20 people. The flat rate does not include the cost of materials and supplies. Total costs are determined after the program is designed. Sessions are held in-person; however, hybrid programming is available. All sessions are designed to stimulate personal persistence that empowers participants to triumph over circumstance.

ENHANCE PERSONAL ADVANCEMENT WITH ACTION, ADVOCACY, AND AWARENESS

TRIUMPH works to help people get past their past. While reviewing and discussing history, we work to support strong citizens through the lens of civil health and social wellness. TRIUMPH engages with participants in activities, information sessions, and meetings that have the objective to support young people on their journey of personal growth. Our approach is rich in relationship building and community collaborations.

The

Reality is our past

Impacts our present; yet we

Understand that to fortify our future we must

Manage life’s circumstance and build

Personal prosperity through civil

Health and social wellness.

SUPPORT THE EDIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PARTICIPANTS' CIVIC HEALTH
ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS' EXPANSION OF SOCIAL WELLNESS THROUGH AN INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP SERIES

TRIUMPH uses multiple methods to edify and embolden participants on their civic health. Some of the interactive discussions currently available are:
career exploration, civic engagement,
educational opportunities, employment etiquette, goal setting, housing, job readiness, network building, personal development, responsible decision making, skill building, and voting information

TRIUMPH encourages participants' active engagement as we work together through the social wellness workshops. Available topics include: African-American history, communication, community connectedness, conflict resolution, critical thinking, cultural competence, emotional wellness, financial literacy, friendships, goal setting, hope, healthy relationships, personal growth, personal polish, positive police interactions, resilience, responsible decision making, self-care, and stress management.

PARENT ENGAGEMENT

TRIUMPH meets with parents of school-aged students who participate in programming.  We work with parents to enhance their engagement with schools, explain the topics that their children cover with our program, review the public education process, and ensure that students and parents receive goal oriented effective care.
